Position Overview:
AUS Senior Living at Bartow is seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager - Assisted Living to oversee the day-to-day leadership of our resident care team. Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing resident satisfaction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a culture of excellence in care delivery and service. This full-time salaried role is designed for a leader capable of hands-on direction, staff motivation, and fostering high-functioning, cooperative teams.
