Position Overview:
The Med Tech/Resident Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort of our residents under the supervision of our Wellness Director.

RN Track: $80,000 – $85,000/year + Annual Profit Sharing + 1.5% Equity Participation

The Role
As Resident Care Director, you will be the second-in-command to the Executive Director. You’ll lead all aspects of resident care operations, from clinical oversight to staff management, while building a culture that reduces turnover, improves compliance, and elevates care quality.
Your leadership will allow the Executive Director to focus on census growth and strategy — while you build a high-performing care model that ensures resident wellness, strong family relationships, and operational efficiency.

All care team members participate in a rotating weekend coverage cycle.
